The Apartment for sale is located in Pirin Street in Pleven which is located in northern Bulgaria. It is in the centre of the city and close to the town centre and to the medical University in Pleven which is very popular with many foreign and Bulgarian students there.
The property is in block of flats on the ground floor and above are apartments 1 and 2. The owner has had the property since it was built in 2009. It has views of the street and at the back there is a communal garden. The property is not furnished and so it will allow the new buyer to have a blank canvas to be able to make their mark on the place.
At this time the property is registered as a business property for dental surgery and a dental technician laboratory as the current owner intended to use as such but instead moved abroad. The property can be used as a dental or doctor surgery or office for a business as it has a special registration for it which now is difficult to obtain for somebody who wants to use it as a surgery. However, this registration can be changed and it can be used as a normal flat for living.
The property has a hallway connected to an area which can be used as a waiting room or just as a part of the entrance to the property. There are two additional rooms which lead on to a kitchenette and a toilet/bathroom.
There is a parking space in front of the property. The size of the property is 62.24 sq. meters and I also own the land underneath which is 40.4601 sq. meters. It has access to the main building, the main hallway and stairs.
